1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Custom Tumblers website and any purchases made from the website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any orders.

2. Product Customization
All our products are custom printed based on the specifications you provide. When placing an order, you have the option to submit wording or designs for customization. Once the design is submitted, we will create an artwork for your approval.

Artwork Approval:
It is your responsibility to carefully review the artwork proof we send before confirming your order. No changes can be made after approval, and you will be responsible for any errors that occur due to incorrect information submitted during the ordering process.
3. Order Processing and Delivery
Processing Time: Orders take 3-5 business days to complete once your artwork has been approved. We handcraft each product individually, which can result in slight imperfections—these are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.
Delivery: After customization, your order will be sent via courier service. Delivery times may vary based on your location, and any delivery estimates provided are approximate. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
4. No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been customized and shipped. This includes instances where the customer:

Changes their mind after the order is placed.
Provides incorrect information for customization.
Does not like the final product after artwork approval.
5. Product Quality and Variations
Each item is handmade, and while we strive to maintain a high standard, slight variations or imperfections may occur. These are part of the production process and do not qualify as defects. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that minor imperfections are part of the uniqueness of our products.

6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before approving the artwork proof. Once the artwork is approved, no cancellations will be accepted, and the order will proceed to production.

7. Errors and Replacements
In the unlikely event that an error is made on our side, we will replace the product at no additional cost. This applies only if there are defects outside of normal handmade imperfections.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs created by us for your order remain the intellectual property of Custom Tumblers. You are not permitted to reproduce, sell, or distribute any of our designs without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the website or placing orders after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
