Overview
At Custom Tumblers, each item is custom-made to order, ensuring it meets the specific requirements of our customers. As a result, once an item has been customized, it cannot be returned or refunded.
However, if an error is made on our side during the production process, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you. To be eligible for a replacement, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unused condition.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect details provided by the customer, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds
Please understand that due to the nature of our business, we do not offer any refunds for any reason.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and unusable. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@customtumblers.co.za and we will advise on further steps to handle your exchange request.
